To cancel a service request:

  1. Log in to your account on the Citizen Services Portal
  2. Go to "My Applications" section
  3. Select the application you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Request" and provide a reason
  5. Submit the cancellation request

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

3. Cancellation Timeframes

Cancellation requests are subject to the following timeframes:

4. Late or Failed Cancellations

If your cancellation request is submitted after the eligible period or if the service has already been processed, your cancellation may not be approved. In such cases, we will notify you of the status and any applicable charges.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control that prevent service delivery, we reserve the right to cancel services and provide refunds as appropriate.
